Refund Policy

Your satisfaction matters to me. If your order arrives damaged, please send a photograph of the item and its packaging to naomi-senior@hotmail.co.uk

within 3 days of receipt and I will do my best to put things right.

I accept returns on unused, undamaged items in their original packaging, requested within 14 days of receiving your order. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Once the item is received in good condition, a refund will be issued.

Please note that original paintings and commissioned pieces are non-refundable unless damaged in transit.
